My order arrived safely and everything was in good shape. Customs slowed it down a little, but overall it was a good experience and I’m happy with it.

I had to use the warranty for a part I bought from LordGun. To be fair, they did respond and the issue was eventually fixed, which I appreciated. From my experience though, the process felt a bit slow, and I ended up having to send the same details more than once. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. For me, 3 stars feels about right.

I got genuine parts and everything went smoothly. No issues at all, which is all you can ask for when you’re just trying to get what you paid for. Decent experience overall.

What made the experience a bit frustrating was the communication along the way. Some of the emails weren’t very clear, and I found myself checking the order page a few times just to figure out what was going on. Support did get back to me, but the replies felt a little short on detail. In the end, everything worked out, but I would’ve felt much more relaxed if the updates had been simpler and clearer.

I’m totally calm about this, obviously, but the shipping cost was actually really low and I’m happy with it. Always nice when checkout doesn’t ruin the whole mood.
